Adam Anderson – Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Adam Anderson led the way in forming Innovex and continues to lead their efforts in bringing efficient and innovative solutions to the oilfield. He also held that executive position at Team Oil Tools. Previously, Adam was with Baker Hughes from 2002 and served in senior management roles including Vice President of the Western U.S. Division, President of Latin America, Vice President of the U.S. Completions Division and Country Manager for Saudi Arabia among others. Adam began his career as an engineer with WellDynamics Inc., an oil and gas completions and production technology company. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Duke University.
Kendal Reed – Chief Financial Officer
Kendal joined Innovex in 2016 as VP of Corporate Development and has been a key member of the Innovex team leading M&A, treasury and integration since Innovex’s inception. He was promoted to the position of CFO in early 2019 with wide ranging responsibility for the company’s financial operations. Previously, Kendal served as a VP with Intervale Capital, a middle market OFS private equity firm, where he was responsible for identifying, assessing and managing a variety of oilfield service investments. Kendal earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Kansas.
Mark Reddout – Chief Operations Officer
Chief Operations Officer, Mark Reddout, drives the Innovex team with a No Barriers attitude. He served as the Vice President of Well Completions for Innovex since 2016 and was previously the Vice President of Operations for Team Oil Tools. Prior to joining Team, Mark spent 30 years at Baker Hughes and held multiple key positions including managing the completions business in South Texas and the Rocky Mountains. With his surplus of hands-on, managerial and problem solving experience, Mark is considered an industry expert in well completions and fishing operations across North America.
Peter Lawson – Senior Vice President of Production Solutions
Peter Lawson serves as the SVP of Production Solutions for Innovex after serving as the Chief Operating Officer of QCI since 2017. Peter began his career with Schlumberger before joining Baker Hughes Centrilift where he spent 23 years working predominantly in Europe and Africa, becoming a subject matter expert is ESP systems. In 2005, he moved to global headquarters where he served as Director of Technology for Baker Hughes Artificial Lift Systems. Peter holds a B.S. in Engineering from The Robert Gordons University Aberdeen and an MBA from Bradford University.
John Ray – Vice President of Well Completions
John Ray was promoted to Vice President of Well Completions for Innovex after serving as the Vice President of Business and Product Development. John joined Innovex in early 2016 as an account manager and has previously held positions in sales management and as an application engineer focused on the Eastern Hemisphere. John holds a B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
Greg Roger – Vice President of Well Construction
A veteran in the cementing accessories industry, Greg Roger is the Vice President of Well Construction for Innovex. Previously, Greg served as Vice President of U.S. Sales and Operations for Antelope after joining the company in 2013. He also worked for two years as a global demand planner for Halliburton following a nearly 20 year career at Weatherford where he held numerous roles with a primary focus on technical sales.
Justin Kellner – Vice President of Innovation
Justin Kellner paves the way for new and forward thinking product development as the Vice President of Innovation for Innovex. Previously, Justin held the role of Vice President of Engineering for both Innovex and Team Oil Tools after joining in 2015. Prior to his time with Team, Justin served as the Area Operations Manager for Weatherford and spent 8 years with Baker Hughes as Region Engineer. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M University.
Steve Chauffe – Vice President of International Operations
Steve assumed the role of Vice President of International Operations in 2018 after serving as Vice President of Business and Product Development for both Team Oil Tools and Innovex. Prior to joining Team in 2011, Steve held a number of key roles at Baker Hughes during his 14 year tenure, including Manager – Deep Water Project Management Team and North America Product Line and Sales Manager Wellbore Construction. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A & M University and an MBA from University of Houston – Victoria. Steve owns 7 patents and 3 publications in the downhole tools and well completions segment.
Jeff Kitzman – Vice President of Engineering
Jeff serves as the Vice President of Engineering after joining Innovex in 2018. Previously, Jeff acted as Senior Project Engineer for Tejas Research & Engineering after an 8 year stay with Baker Hughes where he held multiple engineering roles including Region Engineer, U.S. Land and Engineering Manager, North American Region. Jeff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and multiple granted & pending patents in the areas of unconventional completions, sand control completions and hydraulic fracturing.
Ben Griffith – Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Ben joined Innovex in 2018 and serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain. In 2011, Ben capped off a 30 year career with Baker Hughes where he held multiple integral positions including Director of U.S. Manufacturing, Senior Plant Manager and Director, Western Hemisphere Supply Chain Operations. He brings invaluable expertise to the areas of both manufacturing and supply chain for Innovex. Ben holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M.
