500 Series
Innovex offers several styles of both slip-on and hinged welded standard bow centralizers, with straight and spiral bow spring designs. These centralizers are easily installed over stop collars or couplings on all standard casing grades and provide casing centralization in the wellbore for vertical, deviated and horizontal wells. They also help reduce the effects of channeling by improving the cement flow, which results in a more uniform thickness between the casing and wellbore, and are designed to have very low starting and running forces and a strong restoring force.

500 – Hinged, Welded, Standard Bow Spring Centralizer
The 500 Series Centralizer can be quickly installed over a stop collar or coupling thanks to its hinge-pin design. It also features straight bow springs that are welded onto the hinged end collars.
501 – Hinged, Welded, Standard Bow Spring Centralizer with Set Screws
This centralizer increases the holding force of the 500 Series by adding evenly spaced integral set screws to assist the welded straight bow springs. A stop collar or coupling is not required with this centralizer.

507 – Hinged, Welded, Standard Bow Spring Centralizer with Turbo Fins
The 507 Series centralizes the casing via straight bow springs with turbo fins that are welded onto the hinged end collars. The fins induce a spiral flow pattern to cement slurry and help reduce channeling during cementing operations. They also help remove mud cake from the wellbore to keep the well producing at its maximum potential.

509 – Hinged Welded, Standard Bow Spring Centralizer with Turbo Fins and Set Screws
The 509 Series Centralizer combines the enhanced holding force of the 501 Series with the slurry cementing and channeling reducing capabilities of the 507 Series. The hinged design ensures a simple installation process, usually over a stop collar or coupling.

510 – Slip-On, Welded, Standard Bow Centralizer
This slip-on centralizer consists of two slip-ons, three-inch-long creased steel collars with straight bow springs that are welded onto the outside of the slip-on end collars. These centralizers are normally run between two stop collars or over one slip-on stop collar to provide the casing/liner a smooth bearing surface.

511 – Slip-On, Welded, Standard Bow Centralizer with Set Screws
The 511 Series ups the holding power of the 510 by including evenly spaced integral set screws, thereby eliminating the need for stop collars. It is also a slip-on style centralizer.

530 – Hinged, Welded, Extended Bow Spring Centralizer
The 530 Series Centralizer consists of four 30”-long, extended straight bow springs that are welded onto the hinged end collars. The extended bow springs allow for greater flexing of the bows to pass through various hole sizes.

540 – Hinged, Welded, Extended Bow, Gravel Packer Bow Spring Centralizer
The 540 Series provides centralization in open hole gravel packs. Its four straight bow springs measure 40 inches, an extended length that enables them to flex significantly to pass through a wide range of hole sizes.

544 – Hinged, Welded, Stab-In Bow Spring Centralizer
With 40”-long, extended straight bow springs welded onto the hinged end collars, the 544 Series can be used in a variety of restrictive situations. It is used to centralize casing during stab-in cementing operations.
