Cementing Wiper Plugs
With premium build quality, Innovex cementing wiper plugs give you the confidence that whatever you seal, will stay sealed. When properly placed, our 600 Series plugs ensure you don’t have to spend valuable time redoing any cementing tasks due to failed plugs.

600 Non-Rotating Quick Drill Top Plug
The Series 600 is composed of a large plastic core surrounded by molded wiper fins. The fins assist in displacing the cement and cleaning the casing of any debris. These cement wiper plugs are manufactured with mating integral teeth to lock both top and bottom plugs together, as well as to the landing plate, to allow for easy drill-out and to eliminate spinning.

605 Non-Rotating Quick Drill Bottom Plug
The 605 is the bottom version of our non-rotating cementing plugs. They are retrofitted with durable, high temperature plastic inserts to prevent them from spinning during drill out.

610 Standard Top Plug
The Series 610 Top Plugs are conventional plugs with plastic cores that can be drilled out with PDC and conventional drill bits. They feature a standard profile that is compatible with any float equipment that has a flat landing surface.

615 Standard Bottom Plug
Our Standard Bottom Plugs feature a multiple fin design that allows for efficient wiping and sealing. It can be used with any flat-surface float equipment, due to its standard profile construction.
The rachet latch system of the Series 635 allows multiple bottom plugs to be run and latched into each other and into compatible Innovex float equipment. When run with a latch-in top plug, the 635 is capable of withstanding high plug bump and backpressures.
