The QCI P5 Surface Penetrator redefined ESP penetrations and continues to ensure reliability and performance around the world. It’s “3-legged design” isolates each conductor within separate tubes using metal-to-metal sealing and robust connect to connect the ESP cable. The independent contractors are easily pathed through hangers and adapters with a simple NPT port interface.
The QCI P5’s simple approach and design make it a great solution for both installing an ESP on an existing well and new installations requiring a concentric wellhead of multiple ESPs in the well.
Adaptable for concentric wellhead completions, and can be installed in small annular spaced wells
Three flexible fittings with Swagelok connections seal off the penetrator above and below the tubing hanger
Proven metal-to-metal seal
Reusable surface conduit system suitable for hazardous locations
UL listed surface cable (CLX) is terminated and sealed in the conduit system for required length to reach the motor control panel
Permits the use of shielded and non-shielded cable
Temp: 375° F, 190° C
Hazardous Area: Class I, Divisions 1 & 2 Group D
